Apple Crisp Cake

Another recipe from the Jack Daniels website..But no JD in it....Go figure.
Ingredients
- Topping shopping list
- 1 cup pecans, chopped shopping list
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour shopping list
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed shopping list
- 1 stick butter, melted shopping list
- 1/2tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- cake shopping list
- 2 cups self-rising flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 stick butter, melted shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 3 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 2 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 2 granny smith apples, peeled, cored, and diced shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350
- Grease 9 x 13 baking pan
- Mix all of topping ingredients in a mixing bowl until crumbly
- Add flour and sugar in large mixing bowl
- Mix in butter, sour cream, eggs, and vanilla until smooth
- Pour into pan
- Sprinkle with apples
- Add topping
- Bake 35-45 minutes
