Rhubarb Pandowdy Recipe
This is another from the owen elcectric magazine. Guess on prep time. This is also a recipe that I havn't tried yet.

Ingredients
  • 3 cups cooked rhubarb
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Large can of biscuits (or you may use home-made bisucit dough)
  • butter

Directions
  1. Pour all ingredinets, except biscuits and butter, into greased baking dish.
  2. Cover with biscuits and dot with butter.
  3. Bake at 325 cegrees for 45 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
  4. Serve in individual dishes. Serves 6.

I'm finally getting rhubarb around here (never got the MN stuff since it wasn't ripe yet when my daughter went up for Memorial Day...darn!) - this sounds good AND easy...will have to give it a try soon...thanks, blueeyes!
