Reuben Meat Loaf Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground chuck
  • 1 cup soft rye breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped dill pickle
  • 2 Tbs bottled Russian dressing
  • 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 14.5 ounce can sauerkraut, chopped and drained
  • 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a casserole dish or pan sprayed with vegetable spray. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove cover and bake an additonal 50 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
