Reuben Meat Loaf

- 1 pound ground chuck shopping list
- 1 cup soft rye breadcrumbs shopping list
- 1 egg, beaten shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped dill pickle shopping list
- 2 Tbs bottled Russian dressing shopping list
- 1 Tbs. worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. pepper shopping list
- 1 14.5 ounce can sauerkraut, chopped and drained shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together in a casserole dish or pan sprayed with vegetable spray. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove cover and bake an additonal 50 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
