• Preheat oven to 350F. shopping list

• After cake has cooled loosen edge of cake and remove to rack to cool completely. shopping list

• In 2 quart saucepan combine : shopping list
• 1/3 cup granulated sugar, shopping list
• 2 Tbsp cornstarch shopping list
• 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
• Gradually stir in 1 1/2 cups milk. shopping list
• Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture thickens and comes to a boil. shopping list
• Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. shopping list
• Gradually stir small amount of hot mixture into 2 slightly beaten egg yolks; mix thoroughly. shopping list
• Return to hot mixture in pan. shopping list
• Bring to a boil; boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. shopping list
• Do not overcook. shopping list
• Remove from heat; stir in 2 teaspoons vanilla. shopping list
• Cool to room temperature. shopping list

• In medium saucepan combine: shopping list
• 2 (1-ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate shopping list
• 3 Tbsp butter shopping list
• Stir over low heat until melted. shopping list
