How to make it

  • To assemble cake:
  • When cake is cool, split in half horizontally to make 2 thin layers.
  • Spoon cream filling over bottom half of cake.
  • Cover with top half.
  • Spread top with chocolate glaze and let it drizzle down the sides.
  • Cool.
  • Serve when glaze is completely set, or refrigerate.until ready to serve.
  • Refrigerate to store left-over cake.
