Boned Salted Codfish Stew

- 1 16OZ Box of Boned salted Codfish shopping list
- 2 carrots shopping list
- 2 medium potatoes skins on and diced shopping list
- 1 large spanish onion rough chopped shopping list
- 2 ribs of celery sliced thin shopping list
- 4 green onions sliced thin shopping list
- 1 package of frozen sweet corn shopping list
- 1 package of frozen peas shopping list
- 2 tablespoons of cilantro shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of fresh ground black pepper shopping list
- ½ teaspoon of turmeric shopping list
- 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast shopping list
- A pinch of saffron shopping list
- 2 cups of organic milk shopping list
- 2 cups water shopping list
- 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil shopping list
How to make it
- Take the cod out of the container and soak it for an hour in cold water, drain and rinse, cubed into 2 inch pieces and set aside.
- In a large pot place the oil, Onion, potatoes, carrots and celery cook for 6 minutes until onions are tender.
- Add the water and the milk and bring to a boil lower heat and simmer for twenty minutes.
- Add all of the rest of the ingredients and simmer for another 10 minutes
