How to make it

  • Cook garlic & onion in oil until soft
  • Add tomatoes, parsley, & wine simmer 40 minutes
  • Add clams, juice and all simmer 10 minutes more.
  • I tend to cook it down to reduce liquid to a desired consistency,

    Mark, your Clam Sauce For Spaghetti Sugo Con Vongole is wonderful. I like the extra time spent on simmering the sauce, it is eventual part of the recipe.
