this are very tasty pizza's give it a try...
Ingredients
- 2 Tables. extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 Lb. roma tomatoes - chopped shopping list
- 1 clove garlic - minced shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 12" uncooked pizza crust shopping list
- extra virgin olive oil - as needed shopping list
- 6 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
- extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup fresh shredded parmesan cheese shopping list
- 6 leaves fresh basil - julienne shopping list
How to make it
- Combine 2 Tables. olive oil, tomatoes, garlic, and salt in bowl.
- -Allow to marinate while making dough.
- -Brush dough crust lightly with olive oil.
- -Top with cheese, then tomato mixture.
- -Drizzle with olive oil.
- -Bake in a 500 degree oven on a pizza stone for 8-10 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- -Remove from oven and top with parmesan cheese, then basil.
- -Cool on a wire rack for 2-3 minutes before cutting into wedges and serving
