Hi Corrine...happy Monday!
Yummo! I will take the whole meal - fried fish, fries, slaw and tartar sauce...and maybe some hushpuppies. If I'm going 'fried' (one of my fave cooking methods), I might as well go all out, eh? And I have an ongoing love thang with seafood...*swoooon*...yes. Come to mama...
Add the sipping of something cold and dangerous - perfect!
Giggles,
~Vickie
P.S. I am perfectly sober right now. I promise!

I love this recipe. I just learned that soaking anything in buttermilk helps, thanks ;)

I meant to say I like your recipe for your flounder. I cook a lot of Rex Sole, a very small flounder. For the Rex, its salt, pepper, dredge in flour and fry in olive oil. Don't even have to skim'em. Best JJ

Yum, I'm having Flounder this evening with grits and tomatoes, and a tossed salad. You have my 5 for this great recipe. Have a wonderful day :0)
