Bubbys Raspberry Crunch

- 21/2 cups salted pretzels, crushed shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter, melted shopping list
- 1/3 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temp. shopping list
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar shopping list
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows shopping list
- 1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip shopping list
- 1 (6 oz.) package raspberry Jello (made to pkg. directions) shopping list
- 1 (10 oz.) package thawed raspberries shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare crust from the pretzels, butter, brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Mix well and press mixture firmly into a 13x9 pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 8 minutes. Cool completely.
- Mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, marshmallows,and Cool Whip.
- Pour over cool crust.
- Prepare raspberry Jello (cool) stir in thawed raspberries.
- Pour over all, CHILL at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Enjoy receiving the compliments !
