Ingredients
  • 2 large nectarines or peaches, pitted, DO NOT peel (may use frozen)
  • 3 large plums pitted, DO NOT peel
  • 3 Tbsp apricot preserves
  • 5 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp dried chili flakes
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • juice of 1 lemon (or) lime
  • 1 pound COOKED shrimp(may use cooked, frozen, defrosted)

Directions
  1. In a blender, combine ingredients for sauce and puree
  2. Put shrimp in large bowl, and fold in sauce
  3. This may be served warm over cooked rice (or) cold over a plate
  4. of greens

Ok i didnt see this one it sounds like something very simple as well i hate apricot so i will use plum or some sort of sweet, this sounds incredible almost asian. this will be one i have to try.thanks for another great recipe.
