Kahlua Chip Cake

This is another Cate Olsen/Owl and the Pussycat wonderful recipe. INTENSE chocolate!
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup hot coffee shopping list
- 1/2 cup cold water shopping list
- 1/2 cup Kahlua shopping list
- 2/3 cup oil shopping list
- 3/4 cup cocoa shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 2 teaspoons baking soda shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 3 large eggs shopping list
- 9 ounces chocolate chips (3/4 of a bag) mini chips shopping list
How to make it
- Dump everything into a bowl except chips. Mix well and then fold in chips. Bake at 350 in greased and floured bundt pan. Bake until done it tests done. (These are the directions I got - you'll know when its done, too.)
- Frosting: Melt the other 1/4 of the bag of chips and fold into a container of Cool Whip with a little Kahlua - frost cake.
