Easy Lemon Torte Recipe

This is a great dessert for the lemon lovers. Very refreshing on a hot summer day. Enjoy

- 36 graham crackers, crushed
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 2 cans lemon pie filling
Directions
- Mix crackers, sugar and butter. Pat in a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350
- degrees a few minutes until light brown; cool.
- Combine half of Cool Whip, powdered sugar and cream cheese. Spread mixture on cooled crust. Spread lemon filling on top; add the remaining Cool Whip on top. Keep refrigerated
