Strawberry season is here, so let's make a classic, fantastic, delicious and easy pie. This is a copycat from Big Boy, that I have made for years.. Enjoy...

Ingredients
- 1 quart fresh whole strawberries, rinsed and cleaned.
- 1 (9 inch) baked pie shell
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 1 package (3 oz.) strawberry gelatin
- 1 (9 inch) baked pie shell, baked
- Fresh Whipped Cream!!
Directions
- Put water, sugar and cornstarch in saucepan and cook over very low heat, stirring, until clear (about 3 to 5 minutes).
- Remove from heat and mix in gelatin. Stand 20 minutes.
- Arrange strawberries in pie shell and pour sauce over.
- Chill 4 to 6 hours or overnight .
- Serve with Fresh Whipped Cream.
