Steak Gorgonzola On Pasta Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups cream (can use fat free)

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

2 pinches dry parsley

1/2 t salt

1/2 t pepper

14 oz Gorgonzola cheese (sometimes they have it in a plastic tub already crumbled)

Nice 8 oz steak - cooked, but not too well done (cut into pieces)

1 lb spaghetti, fettuccini - your choice.

Directions

Cook pasta in seperate pan till al dente'

Cook cream until it wants to boil but hasn't.

Remove from stove.

Add parmesan, parsley, salt & pepper and stir to dissolve.

Stir in Gorgonzola.

Pour over cooked pasta and place steak pieces on top
