Chipotle Lime Mayonnaise

Great flavored mayo for dressings, spreads, poultry, meats, sandwiches
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 chipotle peppers, minced shopping list
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced shopping list
- 2 tablespoons of lime juice (or juice from one lime) shopping list
- 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro shopping list
- kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Combine and mix ingredients for Chipolte Lime Mayonnaise in medium size bowl.
- Use as desired.
- Multiply recipe as needed
- Refrigerate leftovers
