cucumber salad

i love this, serve with some satay, or serve as a side for many dishes. makes a great afternoon snack salad
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped in to cubes shopping list
- 1/4 red onion shopping list
- 2 tlbs rice wine vinegar shopping list
- 2 tlbs water shopping list
- 3 tlbs sugar shopping list
How to make it
- mix vinegar, sugar, and water in to a dressing
- top on cucumbers and onion
- let sit at least 30 minutes
- enjoy!
