Ingredients

Cake

1 lemon cake mix

1 3oz box of lime Jell-o

3/4 cup orange juice

3/4 cup canola oil

5 large eggs

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Glaze:

1/4 cup lime juice

6 tablespoons powdered sugar

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Frosting:

1 8oz package softened cream cheese

1 box powdered sugar

1 teaspoon Vanilla

1/4 cup butter

Optional - chopped pecans between layers

Directions

Mix all cake ingredients together until smooth. (beat for about 2 min)

pour into 2 9" cake pans

bake at 325 degrees for 35 min or until toothpick comes out clean

Cool and mix 1/4 cup lime juice with 6 tablespoons powdered sugar and drizzle over layers that have been pricked with a fork many times.

let cool completely.

Beat Cream Cheese and butter together, add vanilla, add powered sugar.

Frost cake adding nuts between layers.
