How to make it

  • Mix together all cake ingredients, adding rhubarb last.
  • Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan
  • Mix to crumble the crumb ingredients and sprinkle over top of batter.
  • Sprinkle liberally with cinnamon and bake at 350F for 45mins.
  • It smells wonderful and tastes even better.
  • P.S. Don't worry if your crumbs don't hold their shape while baking; it still tastes great.

    Oh boy I love rhubarb, this sounds really great, we don't have access to fresh home grown rhubarb here so guess I'll have to try the frozen stuff in the grocery store. You have my 5
