How to make it

  • In a large resealable bag,combine lemon juice,oil,garlic,salt,oregano and pepper. Place chops in bag,seal and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Turn bag frequently to distribute marinad.
  • Preheat outdoor grill to high. Remove chops and transfer remaining marinade to a saucepan. Bring marinade to a boil,remove from heat and set aside.
  • Lightly oil the grill grate Grill pork chops for 5-7 mins per side,basting frequently with boiled marinade,until done.

    thank you - i am going to have the grill going again - already did some skewered pork+vegetables for and with my grandson, we've also skewered 'real' frankfurters
    (which, in the country where they originate, namely mine :-), can only be called such if they are produced within the city limits of frankfurt or max. 20 km from said city limits)
