How to make it

  • For the sandwich:
  • Spread on white loaf bead slices
  • Top with a few hamburger dill slices.
  • Top, cut on diagonal and enjoy.

    hhinds: Horseradish sauce? Not in Southern Pimento Cheese. Pimento cheese has a delicate flavor profile. To each his or her own, but....this Horseradish sauce isn't the real stuff.

    If you use mustard, use the yellow stuff and add just a dash. Trust me, mustard will screw it up. The mayo flavor is the key to this flavor profile.

    Another must try. Being a Southern gal myself, I love everything Southern (except grits and greens) and pimento cheese is right at the top. will be nice to have a home made version. Thanks. I may even stir a little dijon mustard in. Thanks for sharing.
