How to make it

  • Put half of each bag of fruit together in a freezer bag for next time.
  • Put remaining fruit in refrigerator to thaw a few hours if desired.
  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • Place butter in 7x11 inch glass baking dish and melt in microwave (about 2 minutes at 50% power.
  • Tilt dish to coat entire bottom and as much of the sides as possible with the melted butter.
  • Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and milk in medium bowl.
  • Add milk and stir until you have a fairly smooth batter.
  • Pour batter over the melted butter in dish. Stir butter in slightly and spread evenly over bottom.
  • Arrange peach slices evenly over batter.
  • Arrange berry mixture over and around peaches.
  • Bake at 400 for about 30 minutes. Depending upon how fast your oven is, it may not take quite as long.
  • Remove from oven and serve hot with vanilla ice cream on top of individual servings..
