This is a very similar recipe to my dear mother in law. Hers was baked 325 for 1 and 1/2 hr. We called it easy rice. At was a big family favorite. I will try it in the crock pot. About how long do you think it would take???

Usually between one and two hours - I just keep my eye on it and stir it occasionally - yes can also be made in the oven!
