Everyone Loves This Rice Pilaf

Ingredients
- 1 cup uncle ben's converted white rice shopping list
- 2 cans campbell's beef broth shopping list
- 1 can campbell's French onion soup shopping list
- 1 small can mushroom pieces and stems shopping list
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup margarine shopping list
How to make it
- Put all ingredients in crockpot over medium to high heat and cook until all liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally
- (Can also be prepared on stovetop or in oven)

This is a very similar recipe to my dear mother in law. Hers was baked 325 for 1 and 1/2 hr. We called it easy rice. At was a big family favorite. I will try it in the crock pot. About how long do you think it would take???
