Easy Creamy Chicken And Noodle Bake

- 1 3/4 cups water shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine shopping list
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes shopping list
- 3 3/4 cups (6 oz.) Light 'n Fluffy wide or medium egg noodles, uncooked shopping list
- 1/2 lb. cooked chicken, cut into 1/2-inch pieces (about 1 1/2 cups) shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups frozen cut green beans or tiny fresh broccoli florets or 3/4 cup frozen peas shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F. In a microwave-safe bowl, stir together water, milk, butter, bouillion and parsley. Microwave at high (100%) 4 minutes or untill butter melts.
- In 11 x 7-in. baking dish, spread uncooked noodles; pour hot liquid over noodles, stirring to coat thoroughly.
- Stir in chicken and vegetables; spread noodle mixture evenly in dish. Cover with foil; bake 25 minutes stirring half-way through baking time.
- Stir in cheese; let stand 5 minutes to thicken.
- 5 servings (1 cup each).

sounds great, we're going to try this with leftover turkey, my 12 year old is planning to do the cooking for this one... she is going to add a little sauteed garlic and onion to it.
