Healthy And Gluten Free Cream Soup Dry Mix

- 2 cups non-fat dry milk powder shopping list
- 3/4 cup cornstarch shopping list
- 1/4 cup low sodium instant bouillon (chicken or vegetable) shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon white paper shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all items together.
- Store in an air-tight container.
- To prepare:
- Combine 1/3 cup of dry mix with 1 1/4 cups of water.
- Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
- Add chopped mushrooms, celery, chicken, etc., as required.
- Use in place of 1 can of condensed cream soup.
