How to make it

  • Mix all items together.
  • Store in an air-tight container.
  • To prepare:
  • Combine 1/3 cup of dry mix with 1 1/4 cups of water.
  • Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  • Add chopped mushrooms, celery, chicken, etc., as required.
  • Use in place of 1 can of condensed cream soup.

    Oops! My original posting said no preservatives! Yikes, there are preservatives in the bouillon. Check for preservative free at your natural foods store!
