Ingredients
  • 1 pkg chicken breasts skinned and boned
  • 2 egg whites whipped just a little
  • 1 bag of bbq potato chips ( crushed )

Directions
  1. Cut chicken breasts in 1 inch pieces. The size you like to pop in your mouth. Using the lightly whipped egg whites dip each piece in the egg white and then in the crushed bbq potaoto chips. Place on a lined cookie sheet. I like to set up a little assembly line to work on these. Kids could help if you like.
  2. They will bake in the oven 350 for 30 minutes. I don't flip them over but if you want half way through turn them over.

Sounds delicious. I bet they be good to dip in some ranch dressing!

I could use fat free chips and this would be almost fat free and still delicious. Thanks for the recipe!

Yay...this was good and easy! I've done this with regular potato chips but never thought of BBQ! The little one especially loved it and dipped hers in ranch but the hubby and I went a little crazy and dipped ours in spicy bbq lol! Anyway thanks for the quick and easy meal!

This is a great idea! It looks so crunchy!!! I'll have to try this!

I love the crunch! I will definitely try this recipe!
