Ingredients

3# pork roast butt shopping list
1/4 cup soy sauce( low salt) shopping list
1/4 cup orange marmalade shopping list
2 crushed garlic cloves ( more if you like) shopping list

How to make it

Mix the soy sauce and marmalade and pour over the pork roast. I cut slits in the pork and tuck in the crushed garlic cloves. In my crock pot I cook it on low for 12 hr.

What a flavorful sounding roast - and the sauce would be delish over rice, I'm sure. Always nice to come across easy weekday slow cooker recipes...thanks for sharing this one!
