How to make it

  • Place veges in a bowl and mix with olive oil
  • Season each side of steak with seasoning and pouring oilive oil on both sides as seasoned and mixing oil and seasonings together and run into meat.
  • Preheat grill on high
  • Place grate with aluminum foil on grill with high heat. Allow grate and foil to heat 2 minutes then place veges on foil. Place flat side of zuchinni on grate first.
  • Veges need 6 minutes per side.
  • I put the foil on the grate as it makes clean up easily and the veges still grill fine.
  • After 6 minutes place steak on grill.
  • Turn steaks at 3 minutes. Remove steaks at 6 minutes for medium rare as pictured.
  • Then remove veges
