How to make it

  • Preheat the oven to 350*F.
  • Spray 13x9" baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Mix cream cheese, sour cream and chicken broth in large bowl until well blended.
  • Add potatoes, ham, peas and 1-3/4 cups of the cheese, stir gently to coat all ingredients.
  • Spoon into prepared baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese.
  • Bake 1 hour or until heated through and potatoes are tender.
  • *You can use smoked turkey instead of the ham.
  • ** You can use mixed vegetables instead of peas.

    This is good! I got this recipe from Kraft magazine or their website. I followed the other users suggestions and added more salt and pepper. I also threw in some garlic powder because I love garlic. Great recipe!
