How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Shape into 4 even-sized patties.
  • Place burgers on an oiled grate, and grill over medium heat until they reach an internal temperature of 165F. Serve with whole-grain hamburger buns.

    I actually didn't put in the cilantro because I for got to buy some :) I would say to add any herbs you might think would be good... off the top of my head I would say parsley or rosemary

    Hey! I'm thinking about making these for dinner tomorrow. However, my children aren't big fans of cilantro. Are there any other herbs or anything else you can thing of to replace it??

    They are not too dry... I think the dijon mustard adds some moisture to the burgers
