Ingredients
  • 1 16 oz. bag of semi sweet chocolate chips
  • Assorted fruits, chopped into bite size pieces
  • Whipped cream to garnish
  • Balloons blown up to 3-4 inch in diameter

Directions
  1. Put chocolate in microwave safe bowl
  2. Microwave on HIGH for one minute
  3. Stir and cook for another minute, repeating process until completely melted
  4. Dip balloon partway into bowl of melted chocolate
  5. Let chocolate set
  6. Refrigerate until cold
  7. Pop balloon and gently peel away from chocolate
  8. Fill with assorted fruits
  9. Garnish with whipped cream
  10. *I like a rustic look around the edges of the chocolate so it doesn't have to be perfect*
  11. Chocolate bowls can also be used to serve your favorite ice cream

Love it! now if I can just get bryan to blow up some balloons...

These are Awesome! I went to a party where they used white chocolate and tiny balloons to make cups....and used them as "shot glasses." I forgot about that (great party :)), so thanks. High 5!
