Summer fruit in Chocolate Bowls

A fun way to serve fruits for dessert
Ingredients
- 1 16 oz. bag of semi sweet chocolate chips shopping list
- Assorted fruits, chopped into bite size pieces shopping list
- whipped cream to garnish shopping list
- Balloons blown up to 3-4 inch in diameter shopping list
How to make it
- Put chocolate in microwave safe bowl
- Microwave on HIGH for one minute
- Stir and cook for another minute, repeating process until completely melted
- Dip balloon partway into bowl of melted chocolate
- Let chocolate set
- Refrigerate until cold
- Pop balloon and gently peel away from chocolate
- Fill with assorted fruits
- Garnish with whipped cream
- *I like a rustic look around the edges of the chocolate so it doesn't have to be perfect*
- Chocolate bowls can also be used to serve your favorite ice cream

These are Awesome! I went to a party where they used white chocolate and tiny balloons to make cups....and used them as "shot glasses." I forgot about that (great party :)), so thanks. High 5!
