This a White Lasagna that my Family and Friends LOVE !

Ingredients
  • 1 carton regular Lasagna noodles
  • 2 jars, "BERTOLLI" Alfredo Sauce (try to use "BERTOLLI" it is the best for this recipe)
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 1 and 1/2 cups, Salad Shrimp, frozen, defrosted, fresh or canned
  • 2 cups cooked Chicken, cut in pieces, may use left-over chicken or Rotisserie
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 large carton. Ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups, Jack cheese, grated
  • 1 cup, Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg

Directions
  1. In large pot of boiling water, cook Lasagna noodles according to package directions
  2. As soon as noodles are done, drain off water and IMMEDIATELY put in a large
  3. bowlful of VERY COLD water, to prevent noodles from sticking together !
  4. ************************************************************************************
  5. In another large bowl mix together, Alfredo Sauce, wine, half and half, and Nutmeg
  6. In a 13x9 greased or Pam sprayed dish, begin to layer ingredients.....
  7. 1. small amount of Sauce mixture, just enough to cover bottom of dish
  8. 2. Lasagna noodles,
  9. 3. 1/3 of the Ricotta Cheese
  10. 4. Seafood and Chicken
  11. 5. 1/3 of Jack Cheese
  12. 6. Alfredo mixture
  13. REPEAT Layers "3" times...ending with Sauce
  14. Sprinkle top with Parmesan Cheese
  15. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes, until Bubbly...
