Alfredo SeafoodChicken White Lasagna

- 1 carton regular lasagna noodles shopping list
- 2 jars, "BERTOLLI" alfredo sauce (try to use "BERTOLLI" it is the best for this recipe) shopping list
- 1/2 cup half and half shopping list
- 1 and 1/2 cups, Salad shrimp, frozen, defrosted, fresh or canned shopping list
- 2 cups cooked chicken, cut in pieces, may use left-over chicken or Rotisserie shopping list
- 1/2 cup white wine shopping list
- 1 large carton. ricotta cheese shopping list
- 2 cups, Jack cheese, grated shopping list
- 1 cup, parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 tsp nutmeg shopping list
How to make it
- In large pot of boiling water, cook Lasagna noodles according to package directions
- As soon as noodles are done, drain off water and IMMEDIATELY put in a large
- bowlful of VERY COLD water, to prevent noodles from sticking together !

- In another large bowl mix together, Alfredo Sauce, wine, half and half, and Nutmeg
- In a 13x9 greased or Pam sprayed dish, begin to layer ingredients.....
- 1. small amount of Sauce mixture, just enough to cover bottom of dish
- 2. Lasagna noodles,
- 3. 1/3 of the Ricotta Cheese
- 4. Seafood and Chicken
- 5. 1/3 of Jack Cheese
- 6. Alfredo mixture
- REPEAT Layers "3" times...ending with Sauce
- Sprinkle top with Parmesan Cheese
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes, until Bubbly...
