How to make it

  • In large pot of boiling water, cook Lasagna noodles according to package directions
  • As soon as noodles are done, drain off water and IMMEDIATELY put in a large
  • bowlful of VERY COLD water, to prevent noodles from sticking together !
  • ************************************************************************************
  • In another large bowl mix together, Alfredo Sauce, wine, half and half, and Nutmeg
  • In a 13x9 greased or Pam sprayed dish, begin to layer ingredients.....
  • 1. small amount of Sauce mixture, just enough to cover bottom of dish
  • 2. Lasagna noodles,
  • 3. 1/3 of the Ricotta Cheese
  • 4. Seafood and Chicken
  • 5. 1/3 of Jack Cheese
  • 6. Alfredo mixture
  • REPEAT Layers "3" times...ending with Sauce
  • Sprinkle top with Parmesan Cheese
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes, until Bubbly...
