Coddled Eggs

CODDLED EGGS This is a recipe I obtained from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Crawford Estate in Quinlan, Texas in 1982.
Ingredients
- 6 eggs shopping list
- 3 tablespoons cream shopping list
- seasoning to taste shopping list
- butter or margarine shopping list
How to make it
- Lightly butter individual baking dishes.
- Place an egg into each.
- Pour cream over.
- Lightly season and bake in moderate oven only until egg is set.
