How to make it

  • Boil pasta until al dente. Drain.
  • Spoon into a greased ovenproof dish.
  • Whisk together eggs and cream cheese.
  • Stir in peppadews.
  • Pour over pasta.
  • Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden.

    ME NEITHER...ACCORDING TO GOOGLE AND GOURMET FOOD MALL, THEY ARE Newly arrived peppadews from South Africa cross jalapeno chile peppers' bite with red bell peppers' sweetness. They're available in hot or mild flavor, but we suggest reserving the hot variety for cooking; mild peppadews still pack plenty of heat. Find them in 15-ounce jars in gourmet stores.
