Ingredients

400 g macaroni

3 large eggs

50 ml peppadews

1 tub chive-flavoured smooth cream cheese

50 ml milk

100 ml Cheddar cheese

Directions

Boil pasta until al dente. Drain.

Spoon into a greased ovenproof dish.

Whisk together eggs and cream cheese.

Stir in peppadews.

Pour over pasta.

Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden.
