Texas Blue Crab Dip

- 1 ounce olive oil shopping list
- 8 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 4 ounces sour cream shopping list
- 2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled shopping list
- 1 lb. cream cheese shopping list
- 2 ounces boursin cheese, crumbled shopping list
- 2 ounces parmesan cheese, grated shopping list
- 1 teaspoon green tabasco shopping list
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 2 tablespoons basil, chopped shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chives, chopped shopping list
- 1 tablespoon cracked black pepper, cracked shopping list
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt shopping list
- 2 each lemon, juiced shopping list
- 4 ounces bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 lb. blue crabmeat, picked clean shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large saute pan add olive oil and garlic and saute until translucent. Remove from heat.
- In a food processor add garlic olive oil, sour cream, feta cheese, cream cheese, boursin cheese, and parmesan cheese puree until smooth.
- Remove from food processor and season with green tabasco, worcestershire, basil, chives, kosher salt, cracked black pepper and lemon juice.
- Gently fold in crabmeat being careful not to break it up.
- Place in casserole dish and top with a thin layer of bread crumbs. Then cover with foil.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Then uncover for 15 minutes or until golden brown on top.
- Serve with Tortilla Chips or Lavosh

OMG, this sounds fabulous! By my "handle" you can see that crab is my favorite food. Having lived in MD for 17 years a while back, I've never seen anything even similar. Can't wait to try it!
