Feta Chicken Salad Recipe

I like to put this is in a pita or wrap. Nice light lunch or dinner with a salad!!

Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked diced chicken
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced ( I like it really small)
- 6 tablespoons mayo
- 6 tablespoons sour cream
- 4 oz feta, crumbled
- 2 tsp dill weed
- pinch of salt and pepper
Directions
- In a medium size bowl mix together the chicken, celery, red pepper and red onion.
- In a seperate bowl, stir together the mayo, sour cream, feta cheese, dill, salt and pepper
- pour over the chicken mixture and blend nicely

It's funny, I was just telling my sister this morning over coffee that there are a lot of good recipes on here using feta, but that I don't care for feta. She loves it, so maybe I will try it. Sounds delicious, in spite of the feta. LOL
