How to make it

  • Combine butter and sugar until light and fluffy then blend in egg.
  • Add flour then mix well and spread dough onto bottom of spring form pan.
  • Bake at 450 for 10 minutes.
  • Combine cream cheese, sugar and flour.
  • Mix at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.
  • Add eggs one at a time mixing well after each addition.
  • Add peaches and liqueur then mix well and pour over crust.
  • Bake at 450 for 10 minutes then reduce oven to 250 and bake 65 minutes longer.
  • Loosen cake from rim of pan then cool before removing rim of pan.
  • Chill then garnish with additional peach slices and sliced almonds if desired.

    this sounds so good ... do you think I could substitute corn starch for the flour in the filling??? the crust I can change.. oh I ask because I have to be gluten free.. thanks but this is a five anyway you look at it!!!
