Amaretto Peach Cheesecake

- 3 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 large egg shopping list
- 3/4 cup unbleached all-purpose flour shopping list
- 24 ounces cream cheese softened shopping list
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 3 tablespoons unbleached all-purpose flour shopping list
- 3 large eggs shopping list
- 16 ounces canned peach halves drained then pureed shopping list
- 1/4 cup almond flavored liqueur shopping list
How to make it
- Combine butter and sugar until light and fluffy then blend in egg.
- Add flour then mix well and spread dough onto bottom of spring form pan.
- Bake at 450 for 10 minutes.
- Combine cream cheese, sugar and flour.
- Mix at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.
- Add eggs one at a time mixing well after each addition.
- Add peaches and liqueur then mix well and pour over crust.
- Bake at 450 for 10 minutes then reduce oven to 250 and bake 65 minutes longer.
- Loosen cake from rim of pan then cool before removing rim of pan.
- Chill then garnish with additional peach slices and sliced almonds if desired.

this sounds so good ... do you think I could substitute corn starch for the flour in the filling??? the crust I can change.. oh I ask because I have to be gluten free.. thanks but this is a five anyway you look at it!!!
