Ingredients

How to make it

  • Set oven to 350 degrees.
  • Melt butter in pie plate.
  • Spread blueberries in butter.
  • Mix Bisquick, egg and milk together.
  • Pour the batter over the blueberries.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
  • Serve with melted butter and syrup of your choice.

    What makes this recipe so great, besides the flavor, is that I can whip it together, stick in the oven and forget about it until the timer goes off...which gives me just enough time to get ready for work. Takes the same amount of prep time as a bowl of cereal.
