How to make it

  • Mix sugar, cocoa powder, butter and milk in sauce pan and boil for 3 minutes
  • Remove from heat
  • Add vanilla
  • In a separate bowl mix oatmeal, coconut and walnuts
  • Pour the milk mixture over the dry ingredients
  • mix thoroughly
  • Drop from a teaspoon onto wax paper
  • put in refridgerator until done
  • makes 3 1/2 dozen

    These sound great! Most no bake cookies have evaporated or condensed milk and so we can't have them. I have to try this recipe.
