No Bake Oatmeal Chocolate Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups sugar

1/3 cup cocoa powder

1/2 cup butter (1 stick butter)

1/2 cup milk

3 cups oatmeal

1 cup shredded coconut

1/2 cup walnuts (choppe)

1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Mix sugar, cocoa powder, butter and milk in sauce pan and boil for 3 minutes

Remove from heat

Add vanilla

In a separate bowl mix oatmeal, coconut and walnuts

Pour the milk mixture over the dry ingredients

mix thoroughly

Drop from a teaspoon onto wax paper

put in refridgerator until done

makes 3 1/2 dozen
