- 2 large rutabagas that have been peeled, cut into 2" cubes(The smaller you cut them, the faster they cook) shopping list
- 5 or 6 smoked turkey necks shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- seasoned salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Place rutabagas in water in a large boiler pot/pan that has a lid.
- Put the smoked turkey necks with about 3 tablespoons olive oil.
- Only enough water to cover the rutabagas and turkey necks
- Cook on low/med heat for about 2 hours ...or until rutabagas are tender.
- Season with a little seasoned salt & pepper.

rutabegas. No one else in the family will eat them with me. These look great.
