Simple Spinach And Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients

1 C sliced fresh mushrooms

1 clove minced garlic

2 T butter

16oz frozen spinach, thawed

1 tsp lemon juice

Dash salt and pepper

1/16 tsp white pepper

Directions

Saute mushrooms and garlic in butter 3-5 minutes.

Stir in spinach.

Cover and reduce heat to low for 5-10 minutes.

Add lemon juice and seasonings.

That's it!
