Ingredients
  • 1 Lb, ground Beef
  • 1/3 cup uncooked rice
  • 3 Tbs. chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 can condensed tomatoe soup
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions
  1. Combine : Rice beef and garlic salt pepper and onion and Mix. Shape into Balls Brown Balls in skillet
  2. Add tomatoe soup
  3. cover and Bake 1 1/2 hours over low heat untill rice is tender.

My grandma made this for me all the time when I'd visit! She used stewed tomatoes. YUM!
