Chicken Cordon Bleu

                    - 6 boneless chicken breasts shopping list
- 6 slices swiss cheese shopping list
- 6 slices ham shopping list
- 3 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon paprika shopping list
- 8 tablespoons butter, divided shopping list
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 1/2 cup dry white wine shopping list
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon shopping list
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch shopping list
- 1 cup half and half shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Heat 2 tablespoons butter in skillet and add sliced mushrooms and cook until tender. Remove to bowl and set aside.
- Pound chicken breasts if too thick
- place a cheese and ham slice on each breast within 1/2 inch of edge
- Fold edges of chicken over filling and secure with toothpicks
- Mix flour and paprika and coat chicken
- Heat 6 tablespoons butter in skillet and cook chicken until browned on all sides.
- Add wine and bouillon
- Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 25 minutes
- Remove tooth picks and transfer to warm platter
- Blend cornstarch with half and half and whisk slowly into skillet until blended then add cooked mushrooms; cook until thickened then pour over warmed chicken.
