Ingredients

How to make it

  • Combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and baking soda; set aside.
  • In medium bowl, beat butter, sugars and vanilla until creamy.
  • Add egg; mix well.
  • Gradually add flour mixture.
  • Stir in coconut, macadamia nuts and chocolate chips
  • Drop by heaping tablespoons, 3 inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Bake at 375 degrees F for 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • Allow to stand for 2 minutes before removing from cookie sheets.
