Chimichurri Sauce

- 1 cup packed fresh Italian parsley shopping list
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 cup packed fresh cilantro shopping list
- 3 garlic cloves, minced (use to taste) shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper or hot paprika shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
How to make it
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
- Let stand for a couple of hours for the flavors to blend.
- Use as a marinade or room temperature as a sauce.
