Brie Phyllo Cups Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup of crushed gingersnaps. ( I used some gingerbread cookies I had left over.) I think any crisp little cookie would work. You could even make them without the cookies.

6 ounces Brie rind removed and cubed

1/4 Cup spreadable fruit ( I used strawberry and raspberry to give a choice. )

1 package of phyllo cups ( These can be found in the frozen food department at the grocery store) They come in packages of 15.

Directions

Place the tart shells on an ungreased baking sheet. Sprinkle about 1/2 teaspoon gingersnap crumbs into each shell: top with Brie and spreadable fruit. Bake at 325 for 5 minutes or until cheese is

melted. Yield 15
