Sticky Thai Thighs

- 2 tsp vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 tsp dried red pepper flakes shopping list
- 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger shopping list
- 3 tbsp lime juice (preferably fresh) shopping list
- 3 tbsp fish sauce shopping list
- 1/3 cup dark brown sugar shopping list
- 8 chicken thighs shopping list
- cilantro shopping list
How to make it
- In a skillet heat oil
- Add pepper flakes and ginger
- Cook for 1 minute
- Add lime juice, fish sauce and brown sugar
- Cook, stirring, for 1 minute
- Add chicken thighs
- Cook for 8 minutes
- Increase heat to high and cook another 5 minutes, watching carefully so that it doesn't burn.
- Serve sprinkled with fresh, chopped cilantro
