This is an easy meal to prepare if you know your going to have a busy day. This main dish smells so good while cooking.

Ingredients
  • 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 celery rib, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 pkg. (10-oz.) frozen peas, thawed
  • 2 Tbsp. diced pimientos, drained
  • Hot Cooked Rice

Directions
  1. In a slow cooker, combine soup, flour and pepper until smooth.
  2. Stir in chicken, celery, green pepper and onion.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until meat juices run clear.
  4. Stir in peas and pimientos.
  5. Cook 30 minutes longer or until heated through.
  6. Serve over hot rice or biscuits.
  7. NOTE: I also add a dash of cayenne pepper to this to pick it up a bit when cooking.
