How to make it

  • Process all of the ingredients in a food processor fitted with a metal blade until smooth, about one minute, stopping to scrape the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula as needed.

    I made this to go on beef skirt steak today. I had 1/2 lime looking at me so the juice of that plus the zest went in as well. It tastes just great. It made about 1 cup. I used half on the steak and am VERY pleased to have 1/2cup in the fridge waiting for another outing. I believe it will soon be featured as the seasoning in some quinoa with edamame.
