Love cornbread thanks

Well there you go, this is why I like your style cornbread better, I'm really from the north although I've made the south my home. ;0) You got a 5 from me, great post.

I just added this one to my cornbread recipe collection. It's true, I absolutely LOVE cornbread and so does my husband. HAVE A GREAT DAY!

Yummmmo!!! :)

Oh yes Henrie.. I was raised in the north, by a southern Mother and grandparents.. The discussions on sweet or not! I like it sweet.. unless using for my stuffing. Great post.. Now.. one thing they did agree on... bacon drippings.. Had to use bacon drippins!

I always add sugar to my cornbread. Ain't nothin' better than some warm cornbread slathered in some budda!!

GG... I make my cornbread using sugar also...so did my great-grandmother... ah Jett butter and Honey...especial for breakfast.!!

This sounds really good! I am also a fan of the sweeter style cornbread. Didn't grow up with this dish, but rather found it a couple years back on another website. Only 3 out of 5 of us like cornbread, so I don't make it often but I love it, and Jett, you're right its bedda wit budda!! Thanks for the post.
