How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Thoroughly mix meat, horseradish, chives, garlic and pepper in medium bowl.
  • Remove stems from mushrooms then stuff caps with beef mixture.
  • Place stuffed mushrooms in a shallow baking dish and pour wine over top.
  • Bake mushrooms for 20 minutes then serve warm.
