Beefy Stuffed Mushrooms

- 1 pound lean ground beef shopping list
- 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish shopping list
- 1 teaspoon chopped chives shopping list
- 1 garlic clove minced shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 18 large fresh mushrooms shopping list
- 2/3 cup dry white wine shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Thoroughly mix meat, horseradish, chives, garlic and pepper in medium bowl.
- Remove stems from mushrooms then stuff caps with beef mixture.
- Place stuffed mushrooms in a shallow baking dish and pour wine over top.
- Bake mushrooms for 20 minutes then serve warm.
